These terms govern your use of ndt88.org and all services offered on it. By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ndt88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website ndt88.org and all associated gaming, sports betting, and financial services made available through it. These Terms apply to all users regardless of whether they access the Platform from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or any other location.

By accessing the Platform in any capacity — whether browsing the site, registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you signify your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. ndt88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Player Eligibility

Clause 2.1
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use ndt88 in any capacity. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 or older. ndt88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. If age verification reveals that a player is under 21, the account will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all funds — including any bonus funds — will be forfeited. ndt88 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage player prior to the account closure.
Clause 2.2
Single Account Per Player
Each individual may register and operate exactly one account on ndt88. Registering multiple accounts, whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, ndt88 will suspend all associated accounts without notice, void all pending bets, cancel all pending withdrawals, and retain all funds pending review. Deliberately operating multiple accounts to gain bonus advantage constitutes bonus abuse and will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
Clause 2.3
Geographic Eligibility
ndt88 is operated for and made available to players based in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility as the Player to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction. ndt88 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is done at the Player's own risk and ndt88 accepts no liability in connection with such access.

3. Account Registration and Security

Clause 3.1
Registration Requirements
To register an account on ndt88, you must provide a valid mobile number or email address, a unique username, and a password. The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. ndt88 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration and to request supporting documentation, including a government-issued photo ID, at any time.
Clause 3.2
KYC Verification
Before processing a player's first withdrawal, ndt88 will require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document such as a National ID card or passport. ndt88 may also request proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the process is completed. ndt88 uses KYC data solely for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Clause 3.3
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and not to allow any other individual to access your account. ndt88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, you must notify ndt88 customer support immediately via the live chat or support email address.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ndt88 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change; refer to the current Cashier section of your account for the up-to-date list.

Clause 4.1
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit on ndt88 is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your Taka wallet within seconds of the mobile transfer completing when using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of your bank. ndt88 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name — depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
Clause 4.2
Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount on ndt88 is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to that method supporting withdrawals. ndt88 targets a standard withdrawal processing time of five minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers; actual processing times may vary depending on payment provider load. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on the account. ndt88 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time.
Clause 4.3
Disputed Transactions
If you believe an error has occurred in relation to a deposit or withdrawal on your ndt88 account, you must notify customer support within 30 days of the transaction date. ndt88 will investigate all disputed transactions in good faith and will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to raise a dispute within the 30-day window will be treated as acceptance of the transaction. ndt88 maintains full transaction logs and may use these records to resolve any dispute.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

Clause 5.1
Bonus Eligibility and General Terms
Bonuses and promotional offers made available on ndt88 are subject to specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion. General bonus terms that apply across all promotions include: (a) bonuses are available to eligible registered players only; (b) each bonus may only be claimed once per player unless explicitly stated otherwise; (c) ndt88 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice; (d) bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds in your wallet and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
Clause 5.2
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses awarded on ndt88 carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms available at the time of claiming the bonus. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — for example, live casino games and sports betting may contribute at different rates towards satisfying a bonus wagering requirement. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the wagering requirement for each bonus before claiming it.
Clause 5.3
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, circumvent, or abuse the bonus system on ndt88 — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using wagering patterns designed to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal real risk, or colluding with other players to exploit promotions — will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonus funds and associated winnings, suspension of the player's account, and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds held on the account. ndt88 uses automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

All players are required to use ndt88 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or to collectively exploit bonus promotions.
  • Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or proceeds of crime.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with any part of the Platform's software, servers, or security infrastructure.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during any identity or payment verification process.
  • Accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account credentials.
  • Using any exploit, glitch, or technical error in the Platform's software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
Clause 6.1
Consequences of Prohibited Conduct
Where ndt88 determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in this section, ndt88 reserves the right to: suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice; void all bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct; cancel all pending withdrawals; retain all funds held on the account pending investigation; and pursue any legal remedies available. ndt88's determination in matters of prohibited conduct is final and binding subject to any applicable legal requirements.

7. Responsible Gaming

Clause 7.1
Player Protection Tools
ndt88 provides all registered players with access to responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings. These tools include: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time reminders; cooling-off periods (temporary account suspension for a defined period chosen by the player); and self-exclusion (permanent account closure on request). All responsible gaming tools take effect within one hour of activation. Cooling-off and self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the requested period — this is a deliberate design feature to protect players who are managing their gaming behaviour.
Clause 7.2
Underage Access Prevention
ndt88 is committed to preventing access to the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools available for their browser or device if minors have access to the device on which the Platform is accessed. ndt88 participates in age verification at account registration level and reserves the right to require additional documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal or during any review of an account.

8. Intellectual Property

Clause 8.1
Platform Content Ownership
All content on ndt88.org — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces provided by ndt88, and all other proprietary material — is the intellectual property of ndt88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ndt88.

9. Limitation of Liability

Clause 9.1
Platform Availability
ndt88 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party payment provider outages, or events beyond ndt88's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features within it. ndt88 will not be liable for any losses, including missed betting opportunities or game winnings, arising from downtime or technical interruptions, whether planned or unplanned.
Clause 9.2
General Liability Exclusion
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ndt88 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from wagering, losses arising from reliance on information on the Platform, losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to protect their credentials, or any other loss not directly caused by ndt88's proven negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits ndt88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

Clause 10.1
Amendments to These Terms
ndt88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ndt88 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or via a notice displayed on the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to review the current Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must close your account before the change takes effect.
Clause 10.2
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through ndt88's internal complaints process should be referred to binding arbitration. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact ndt88 customer support and allow a minimum of 30 days for the matter to be resolved informally. ndt88's internal complaints process is available to all players free of charge via the support email address.
